User Content: Any data you voluntarily submit, upload, or transmit through our Services, such as forum posts, chat messages, or virtual names.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Apps, we (and our third-party partners) automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data to identify your device and understand your usage:

  • Device Information: Manufacturer, device model, operating system (OS) version, screen resolution, device language, time zone, battery status, and memory usage.
  • Online Identifiers: Unique device identifiers (such as IDFA for iOS, GAID for Android), IP address, Google Play Account ID, and Game Center ID.
  • Usage Data: Details about your interaction with the App, including game progress, levels achieved, scores, session length, features used, access times, and interactions with in-game advertisements (e.g., clicks, views).
  • Consumption Information: History of your purchases involving both virtual and real currencies, and the reception of virtual goods within the game.
  • Location Data: Approximate geolocation (country and city level) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS data without your explicit consent.
  • Crash & Log Data: Technical reports generated when an error occurs, which may include the device state at the time of the crash.

2.3 Information from Other Sources

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services.

Social Networks & Third-Party Logins: If you choose to log into the App using a third-party site or platform (such as Facebook, Apple Game Center, or Google Sign-In), we access information about you from that site or platform.

Data Received: Depending on the authorization procedures and your privacy settings on such third-party sites, this information may include your screen name, profile information, user ID, and friend lists.

Purpose: We use this information to facilitate the login process, restore your game progress across devices, and enable social features (such as leaderboards) within the App.

We process your data for specific purposes based on legal grounds such as Contractual Necessity, Legitimate Interests, or your Consent.

4. How We Share your Information

To provide our Apps for free, we display advertisements. We work with third-party advertising networks and analytics providers (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Firebase).

Data Sharing for Ads: We may share your Device Identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and Technical Data with these partners to serve personalized ads (behavioral advertising).

Partner Policies: These third-party partners collect information directly from your device through SDKs (Software Development Kits) integrated into our Apps. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Opt-Out: You can control personalized advertising in your device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).

We do not sell your personal information to independent third parties. However, we may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), data analysis, and customer support. They access data only to perform these tasks.
  • Affiliates: We may share data with companies within the Flipland Games group or subsidiaries to support global operations.
